Restaurant Realty Company is a Northern California
Restaurant Brokerage which was started in 1996 by Steven
D. Zimmerman who is the Owner, Broker and President of the Company. The company
specializes in sales, acquisitions and leasing of restaurants, bars and clubs.
The company does appraisal valuations on the latter mentioned businesses and
does expert witness work for a number of legal firms. The company also works
with financial institutions, hospitality industry consultants and the United
States Federal Bankruptcy Court on various related projects. Restaurant Realty
Company has grown to be largest Restaurant Business Brokerage, listing and
selling more restaurant related businesses than any other brokerage office
in the state over the last few years.

Steven has
personally sold nearly 600 restaurant, bar/or club businesses since 1996. (see the section titled
Restaurants Sold). His real estate experience also includes sales, acquisitions
and management of numerous properties throughout California including single
family homes, apartments and hotels.
Prior to starting Restaurant Realty Steven had
over 20 years of restaurant experience and was President and
Chief Executive Officer of Zim's Restaurants, which was one of the largest
privately owned restaurant chains in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Steven is a graduate of the University of San Francisco's
School of Business Administration and Cornell University's School of Hotel
Administration and holds a State of California College Teaching Credential and California State Real
Estate Brokers License. Steven has taught management courses at San
Francisco City College Hotel and Restaurant School and the former School for Hotel,
Restaurant and Institutional Management at Golden Gate University. Steven
has been a regular guest lecturer at the California Culinary Academy (CCA) in San
Francisco for several years, and is a member of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association,
Cornell University's Hotel Society, Cornell University's Real Estate Council, California Association of Business Brokers
(CABB), and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Steven
also chairs a monthly community homeless lunch program in Marin County.

Judy has been with Restaurant
Realty Company since 1999. Her responsibilities include overseeing various
marketing and advertising activities, such as phone book ads, flyer creation and
distribution, handling special targeted marketing campaigns, and
coordinating other special marketing projects and campaigns.
Prior to joining Restaurant Realty Company Judy owned
her own company, Bay Marketing, which was a manufacturers representative for
various women's sportswear lines and she worked at Macy's of California as a
Sales Manager and Buyer. Judy attended Cornell University for two years
prior to moving to California where she graduated from the University of San
Francisco in Business Administration. Judy holds a California State Real Estate
License.
Jacob Zimmerman,
Director of Information Technology

Jacob has been working with Restaurant Realty
Company since 1998 when he implemented the company's Internet and information technology strategy. Jacob is responsible for
all technology aspects of Restaurant Realty Company, including development and
maintenance of the company's website and Intranet systems, online marketing, and
office hardware and software issues. Jacob's
computer expertise has enabled him to give Restaurant Realty unprecedented Internet exposure. Additionally
Jacob assists in valuations for various projects.
Jacob is a graduate of Cornell University
where he received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management with
a concentration in Real Estate Development. Jacob also owns and
operates Restaurants For Sale
Online which is the leading national database for restaurants for sale. Jacob
has previously worked as a Consulting and Valuation Analyst/Associate for
HVS in the San Francisco office where he has conducted hotel/motel
valuations, market studies, expert-testimony preparation and feasibility reports
with close to $2 billion of hospitality real estate assets.

Nicki has been with Restaurant Realty
Company since 2003. Nicki's responsibilities include those items listed below.
1) Escrow Management - tracking the progress of all deals in the works from the
date the deal is signed to the removal of all contingencies, tracking the ABC
license transfer process, making sure all deposits and additional monies are put
in escrow in a timely manner and assuring that all documents are executed
properly prior to the close of escrow. Nicki works closely with the escrow
officers to make sure the transaction goes smoothly and all documents are
received by escrow on a timely basis. 2) Screening buyers which includes
discussing with prospective buyers their backgrounds to determine whether they
are qualified to have access to any of our listings and setting up showing
appointments between buyers and sellers. 3) Overseeing all the administrative
functions of the office.
Prior to joining Restaurant Realty Company,
Nicki, a life time resident of Marin County, worked for Frank Howard Allen
Company and for Pacific Union Company in real estate sales administration and
for 13 years with Millikan Fabric Manufactures in sales. Nicki holds a
California State Real Estate License.

Lisa's responsibilities include writing
up offers and tracking the progress of all deals in the works from the
date the deal is signed to the removal of all contingencies,
communicating with landlords regarding lease negotiations, tracking the
ABC license transfer process, making sure all deposits and additional
monies are put in escrow in a timely manner and assuring that all
documents are executed properly prior to the close of escrow. Lisa works
closely with our other Sales Manager and escrow officers to make sure
the transaction goes smoothly and all documents are received by escrow
on a timely basis.
Prior to joining Restaurant Realty
Company Lisa worked at Coldwell Banker's San Rafael office from
1998-2007 and for several years she was the Licensed Assistant to
Coldwell Banker's Top Producing Agent where she handled all facets of
transaction management, advertising and marketing. From 1983-1996 she
worked as a paralegal for large multi-national law firms supporting
lawyers in real estate and commercial matters. She holds a Bachelors of
Arts degree in Political Science from University of Arizona, a Post
Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University and a
California State Real Estate License.
Bruce Osterlye,

Bruce's
responsibilities include contacting potential restaurant, bar and
nightclub sellers and setting up appointments with them to discuss the
services our company provides to obtain listings for the sale of their
business. Bruce also works closely with Steve Zimmerman to determine the
valuation of the business.
Prior to joining
Restaurant Realty, Bruce, a native of San Francisco, attended the San
Francisco City College Hotel and Restaurant Program, worked in a number
of Bay Area French restaurants, and has hotel and restaurant experience
working in Switzerland. This was followed by twelve years at Kenwood
Vineyards and Winery as Warehouse and Bottling Line Manager, Restaurant
Wine Sales and Events Catering. Since 1989, Bruce has been a successful
restaurant owner and operator. Bruce holds a California State Real
Estate License.

Prior to joining
Restaurant Realty Company Kathy has had an extensive real estate
background for 20 years. She sold homes in Marin County,
CA at Drakes Landing and Cape Marin in Greenbrae, at Creekside Homes in
Larkspur, at Traditions at Hamilton, Novato and at DeSilva Island at
Mill Valley. She was also a sales agent at Frank Howard Allen in Mill
Valley. She has owned her own import business and was a flight
attendant for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Dominican College in history and a California State Real Estate License.

Prior to joining Restaurant Realty
Company Nancy has been a real estate salesperson for Lake Tahoe
Distinctive Properties and Chase International at Incline Village,
Nevada and at Frank Howard Allen in San Rafael. Prior to this she
was Marketing Manager at Kaiser Permanente, a Senior Business
Analyst at American Express and a Sergeant, F-15 Fighter Crew Chief
in the U.S. Air Force. She holds an Associate of Arts degree, a
Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, a Masters of
Business Administration degree and Nevada and California State Real
Estate Licenses.
Kelsey Maggiora,

Kelsey's primary responsibilities include
the following:
1) provides general IT support functions including managing our
marketing database and updating marketing information, and manages
multiple website databases we advertise on, 2) writes press releases,
manages monthly/quarterly newsletter, weekly mailings and email
broadcasts, 3) develops customized marketing strategies for key listings
including telemarketing campaigns, special direct mailings and special
email broadcasts, 4) assists the Sales Manager in providing
miscellaneous escrow management services and 5) works with Owner/Broker
on various projects.
Prior to joining Restaurant Realty
Company, Kelsey had a variety of hospitality related jobs. Kelsey
holds a Bachelors of Science degree from California State
University, Hayward.
Sally Packman, Mailing Coordinator:
Sally has been with Restaurant Realty Company since 2000. She
packages over 1,500 mailings a week (each mailing includes our current listing
sheets, Restaurant Rap and brochure on the services we provide) which are sent
to all restaurant, bar and club owners in the 8 primary bay area counties we
service. Sally also handles our special targeted mailing campaigns which are
special mailings sent to specialized businesses such as brewpubs, bars & clubs,
and catering companies, etc.
Prior to joining Restaurant Realty Company Sally earned a
degree in education from San Francisco State University and taught school and
then managed a gift shop for several years.
