John started in the restaurant business at age fourteen as a dishwasher and spent the next twenty-five years honing his skills in every position in the business, from busboy to server, barback to bartender, line cook to chef; culminating in owning his own successful restaurant from 1993 to 2002. John left the hospitality business for real estate in 2003. His first real estate transaction was listing and selling a breakfast café. While concentrating on residential sales and mortgage, john continued to do restaurant consulting and sales. With some successful restaurant sales under his belt, john has decided to merge his two passions and concentrate on selling restaurants, bars, and clubs with Restaurant Realty Company. He is very excited to join the team, gaining access to all the tools, training, and systems the company provides its agents and clients. He believes his experience, coupled with Restaurant Realty’s resources will allow him to provide the best experience possible as he helps others realize their dreams. John is the father of two grown children who both are involved in the hospitality business. When he is not working, you can find him at the beach indulging his passion for beach volleyball and volunteering his time with nonprofits.
