Sam Lallian is excited about supporting, guiding, and strategizing with his sellers and buyers in the restaurant industry. Sam’s first job as a young teenager, was in a restaurant. Although he had other opportunities throughout his career, he continued to find his way back to his passion. Presently, working in the restaurant hospitality is where he belongs. With over 25 years of combined food service experience, he knows the intricacies of the restaurant world. Sam's owner/operation experience, include restaurant settings that range from fast food to fine dining. Sam just sold his fine dining restaurant in 2017. In the 12 years of ownership of that restaurant, Sam doubled his sales. In a restaurant saturated market, his rich professional experience only showcases his expertise in the day to day operations. Sam truly has an appreciation for how rewarding and passion filled owning a restaurant can be.
Sam’s ability to speak three languages (English, Punjabi, Hindi and Fiji Hindi) fluently, can also be a great asset for buyers and sellers. This skill, among others, can offer buyers an opportunity to express creativity to maximize the potential in any restaurant. Likewise, help sellers find their new adventure.
