Born and raised amongst a household of real-estate and hospitality entrepreneurs, Sean Sette has the ideal foundation for designing, developing, selling, and buying amongst the hospitality industry. Sean' s experience spans from hotels, fine dining, nightlife, membership clubs, event spaces, full service fast casual, QSR, and specifically multi unit infrastructures. Newport Beach is home to his daughter Waverly Harper and his better half Cristal Lee. His overall pride and joy is seeing his daughter and family grow. Sean specializes in finding the perfect venues for his clients. He combines his love for hopsitality as sales agent and principal of LeFleur Concepts which designs and develops elevated concepts in both real estate and luxury hospitality.
Over the course of 30 years of running successful businesses and developing properties together, Sean's parents taught him the value of commitment, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit. At the age of twenty-two Sean successfully designed and developed his own multi - unit elevated restaurant structure, The Chocolate Bar Group, that thrived to four locations amongst California, Nevada, and Texas selling off seven years later for a great profit.
Southern California, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Francisco, London, Bali, and New York became the home to Sean Sette for the next 15 years while he developed his career as a multifaceted luxury hospitality entrepreneur, but it was always SoCal that he called home. His attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset is acknowledged by his peers as the central key to the success of his projects. Sean’s work has included The Montage Hotels and Resorts Laguna Beach, Chocolate Bar Group, Hilton Hotels, Hakkasan Holdings, STK , Bagtelle, Toca Madera LA, Ozumo San Francisco, 41 Ocean Santa Monica, Buffalo Wild WIng, Leona, W Hotel Marriott and Virgin Hotels. Sean’s two values in life are contribution and growth. His primary focus when developing relationships with his clients are always rested on creating the right culture through personal attention. Sean started in sales and the luxury hospitality world at the young age 15 years old. He has been tutored by some of the most famous names in the industry such as Barron Hilton. His accolades consist of a Michelin Star, James Beard nomination, Forbes 5 star, AAA four star, and Sexiest Restaurant Design 2012 by GQ magazine amongst his venues he has developed. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to ambitious entrepreneurs and group in their hospitality journey.
Growing up in the Northern Nevada & California Sean was blessed with the surroundings of Lake Tahoe. Learning to enjoy, yet respect nature at the same time was part of his upbringing. He attributes his competitive love for outdoor adventures and team sports to having the strong mindset to always push on. Wakeboarding and snowboarding were his loves as a youth, but it was football and boxing that helped pave his way through the University of Nevada focusing on business and marketing. He says there is nothing like giving the gift of health. Combining his love for design, real estate, and hospitality with a focus on a healthy lifestyle has always been the match he wanted to achieve and share with others.
