In December 2014 Restaurant Realty completed the sale of South End Grill on 1499 Valencia Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. In the short 8 months since taking over the space, Chef Aaron London has not only put a stamp on San Francisco, but the national culinary world. Bon Appetit’s prestigious top 10 new restaurant list is published once a year, and with nearly a million restaurants now in the United States, this is quite an impressive recognition. This is the second Restaurant Realty client in 3 years to appear on this list.
