Located in downtown Campbell, the Campbell Brewing Company is a fully functioning brewery with a large, fully equipped kitchen. The pub menu features beers brewed on site, along with additional beer selections, and American comfort food such as burgers and BBQ. The brewery has an ABC type 47 liquor license, which allows for full liquor sales, and a type 75 brewing license. It also has an entertainment license, which allows them to host live music and events; in the evenings, the brewery functions as a nightclub. Entertainment licenses are no longer being given out by the city of Campbell, making this feature of the brewery an exceptional opportunity for the right buyer. The restaurant has occupancy of 254 and the city is allowing for parklets and additional outdoor seating.
