4) Email Broadcasts – We have accumulated over 3,000 buyers in our data base (with 150 new buyers registering each month) and every other week they receive an email broadcast which includes our new, price reduced, featured and coming soon listings.

5) Phone Book Advertising – We are in 14 phone books throughout the Bay Area which draw a lot of activity.

6) Residential Real Estate Referrals – We send out each quarter to 12,000 residential real estate agents in the San Francisco Bay Area a flyer offering them referral fees.
