We are thrilled to have closed another deal with one of our favorite seller partnerships, The Corporate Chef. Lloyd Russell the principal owner of The Corporate Chef, employed Restaurant Realty and Teri Craft to secure a talented caterer to run the in-house food service for Logix Federal Credit Union. Logix’s new corporate headquarters is currently under construction in Valencia, just north of Los Angeles and should be completed by July 2020. Their beautiful new offices will house 600 to 900 employees to start. The facility includes a full commercial kitchen, elaborate coffee bistro, attractive dining area, patio and event room plus, 24/7 kiosks for grab n’ go items.
Lloyd made it clear the operator had to be stellar in every way including: the food, presentation and depth of menu. Throughout showings as Teri met and spoke with Lloyd and Logix’s management team, it became clear to her, this was not just about finding an operator to take the space, she needed to find them an interactive partner that would fit their corporate environment as well. George Sit, the former Executive Chef at the Universal Hilton was the perfect match. George had a gift for knowing what would please a wide spectrum of people and his food was delicious. He won everyone over at the tasting and the deal was done.
