After initially listing these 2 properties back in March, who could foresee the Covid-19 pandemic and closure of virtually all restaurants in California. The Seller was heartbroken that her successful business would close. Amazingly a qualified buyer was secured and in contract to purchase just 20 days after RRC listed it for sale and at a full all cash offer!
