Transaction by Restaurant Realty Featured in San Francisco Chronicle and SFGate
As featured on the cover of the San Francisco Chronicle and the homepage of SFGate on June 10, 2015, Restaurant Realty is pleased to announce The Original Tommy’s Joynt in San Francisco is under contract. While the deal is still in final stages of completion, it has now been well publicized after the liquor license was posted and the current owners provided a candid interview to the San Francisco Chronicle staff. New ownership plans to continue the operation of this historic landmark. The magnitude of this deal’s significance is reflected by the SF Chronicle front page where the Tommy’s Joynt story coverage takes up more space than the Warriors NBA Finals Loss and the Giant’s Rookie Chris Heston’s no-hitter.
